Free Shipping and Handling on most* orders over $50.00.

*Most orders that exceed $50.00 in product (not product and shipping) will qualify for free shipping AND handling within the United States.

Exclusions would include heavy and/or large items. Examples are such as: Complete swimming pools, Vinyl liners, complete pumps and/or filter, heaters, etc. Pools Plus Inc. at its descretion may choose to charge additional shipping fees to the total order amount to cover additonal freight charges. If additional fees do apply ALL customers will be notified before your bankcard is charged. All customers will be notifed via phone or email before your order ships and WILL NOT SHIP until customer agrees to the new freight charges.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Non Residents of the United States are exempt from our free shipping promotion. A standard handling fee of $8.99 or more will be added on all orders under $50.00 (fifty) dollars and/or outside Continental USA.

Track Your Order

When your order ships, FedEx is supposed to send you a confirmation email. However sometimes the email address is put in incorrectly or it goes into your Spam Folder. Click on the link below to get to the FedEx website to track your order.

Don't have your tracking number? We use your order number as a reference number to make tracking easy! To find your reference number, use the first two letters of your order number then the last four numbers. Example: Your Order number is PP9512-2000-1234. Your reference number is PP1234. FedEx will also ask for your shipping Zip Code.
